Questions, answered
Everything to Know Before It Runs Home
How big is the plush?
It stands approximately 17.7 inches tall (45 cm), giving it a substantial, gift-worthy presence without taking over the room.
What comes with my order?
A Single order includes one plush in your selected color. A 2-Pack includes two plush toys in that same selected color. No separate remote or cable is shown as part of the set.
What does the running action look like?
In this close-up demo, a hand gently steadies the plush at the top of its head while its arms swing and its legs kick forward and back like a tiny cow on the run.
How does it move?
Its arms swing and its legs move in a playful walking-style motion. Place it on a clear, flat indoor surface so the movement is easy to see.
Is it made for cuddling?
It has a soft plush exterior and a huggable look. Because it contains a movement mechanism, treat it as an animated plush toy rather than a sleeping pillow.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If it arrives damaged, the wrong color is delivered, or the movement does not work as expected, contact our support team. We’ll help with a practical solution.
